What exactly is the difference between this machine and the PL42 TEMD, apart from the price? And how long does it take to switch from steam to espresso brewing?
From espresso to steam takes 1-2 min.
From steam to espresso takes much longer because it has to cool down.
From steam to espresso takes much longer because it has to cool down.
The TEMD has a temperature controller (PID) and the better/preferable steam nozzle.
