What exactly does "delivered on Friday 19 September 2025 at the earliest" mean? Do you already have the AirPods before the date and are you sending them so that they arrive on the 19th or will they be sent express on the 19th?

In this case, the AirPods should arrive on the said date. However, due to the high demand, the date cannot be 100% guaranteed. This is only an estimate.
