What exactly are the possibilities of amazon echo? What are the exact limitations? What is possible with a German account? Can you check the weather in Switzerland? Are the messages only from germany or also worldwide? What is possible with a us account? Is it possible to set up a german account?

The weather is available & I listen to the news via the SRF Skill from Alexa.
I have a German account and am quite happy with it, despite some small limitations :)
