What does "tested return" mean if it says "refurbished" under the specifications? What then applies to the product?

Hello, as far as I'm concerned, this is a brand new device (the packaging has been opened but there are no signs of wear) with a 2-year warranty. So, a small discount on the purchase price for no difference in product.
