What does SWISS EDITION mean? What are the differences? How long is the share valid?

When you have Swiss Editions, the difference is often in the warranty. The manufacturer, here, grants an exceptional 5-year warranty, unique in the industry, on all Swiss Edition monitors, with a free on-site exchange service. As far as the stock is concerned, we can't tell you if it will be valid for much longer or not, sorry.
