What does "In stock at the supplier, approx. today" mean? When can I expect delivery?
The same goes for the status of "In stock at supplier, approx. day after tomorrow" since Thursday. On Monday, it closes (lockdown) and no news from you. The phone line is closed as well. Could we have some news please? Did the order arrive at the branch or not? Can we pick it up? How do we do it?
