You also need an umbrella tilt. Preferably a sturdy one from Manfrotto. Manfrotto 026 Lite Tite Universal Umbrella Head (Various)
If you buy cheap, you may pay twice.

I like to use the Godox system flash adapter Bowens Mount, whether it is a Bowens mount or another depends on your softboxes, in any case they also have an "umbrella hole". You can then simply put system flashes or the quite inexpensive Godox AD200s in it.
