Question about Philips Hue Ensis

What do I have to do if the upper part no longer lights up? But the lower part still lights up with the lamp. This happened to me after I had a power failure. I can neither add it again in the HUE app, nor find it. Does anyone have any ideas?

I found someone on reddit with a similar problem, here is the DeepL translation of his solution: after a FB Messenger conversation with Hue support we were successful and both lights worked using the Hue dimmer switch for a hard reset. YAY. Several attempts but basically this seemed to work. Clear both lights in the app/restart the Hue hub/do a hard reset with the dimmer (instructions will be available somewhere)/turn off the power on the wall for 30 seconds/turn on/look for lights in the app/add to a room. We did many of these steps again, sometimes in a different order. The upstairs light worked a few times before we finally got the downstairs to light up (the dimmer had to be reset again). Good luck!

Fortunately, I have not had this problem so far. In addition to the not quite optimal standard app, I manage my HUE installation with the alternative apps "All4Hue" and "Google Home", both free of charge for Android. I would certainly try them first. Good luck!
