What can I do if the Astro Command Center program on the PC does not find my Astro A50 even though it is connected correctly and switched to PC?
I would update the USB drivers of your mainboard or try an alternative USB connection. Every now and then, the base is not recognised and then I plug the base into another USB port and everything works. First and foremost, however, I would recommend updating the drivers.
