What about the scooter? Of course it's on private property. Is there a clear regulation as to whether it can be driven on the cycle path or on the road? Since it only goes a maximum of 20 km/h...
In the meantime, it has been approved for road use.
I am very surprised that the Merlin X4 is not allowed on the road. According to the specifications, it should actually be allowed: 20kmh max, bell, second independent brakes, front and rear lights. The Ninebot ES1, for example, is listed at Digitec as roadworthy, but it has neither a bell nor a rear light (must be retrofitted by the user). Could Digitec have made a mistake with the Merlin X4, or have I overlooked something?
