Antennas are included that plug into the unit. With visual contact, this should not be a problem. So far, I have only noticed that the batteries are discharged very quickly. Perhaps the microphones should be switched off again immediately. I use them in discussion groups. Then only one microphone is active at a time.
But to the question: I didn't see any references to external antennas on the product's web pages. I think that is not possible.
