What about compatibility with the Nintendo Switch? If you take this memory card, will it cause problems?

Even more; it loads and reads the games almost twice as fast as the console itself - immediately moved all games to the card.
And it has 15 x as much space as the Switch's 64GB.

That depends on the operating system. With open operating systems like Windows, it's never a question. Even in an Android phone, the card works. With a Nintendo, it might work, but they've never tested it. You'll probably have to borrow one of those cards and try it.
