Well, you can pre-order it, but will you get it on 26 October?
It depends on the actual time of the order. It might also be a question of how many copies Digitec will receive and whether they will arrive at Digitec's warehouse on time. No one can predict 3 weeks in advance whether everything will work out as it should.
