Question about Steffen FIX adapter

We would like to operate a device with an EU plug (16A, 2 800 watts). A question for the professionals: Can anyone tell me whether the fix adapter can/must be mounted? I have found different statements on the net. Once it says max. 2500 watts, then again 3680 watts. Merci!

The mains voltage in both Switzerland and Germany is 230V. So there is no difference. However, the Schuko system is designed for 16A, whereas Swiss standard T13 plugs and sockets are designed for 10A. As long as the appliance does not consume more than 2300W, a T13 adapter is sufficient. However, if the appliance consumes more than 2300W, this T23 adapter is the correct one (up to 3680 watts). However, T23 does not fit into a T13 socket. The pins are square. However, if a T23 (or, with a transition piece, a CEE) socket is available, everything is fine.

Attention! Steffen FIX adapter (CEE7) (5718483), This plug has ground-off surfaces on the sides of the 3 pins and does NOT fit into CH 3-hole sockets! Unfortunately, I only noticed this after fitting it! As this is a fixed plug, I had to take the unit to an electrician to fit a suitable CH plug. Digitec has nothing to do with this, of course, but I should have looked at it carefully before fitting it.
