Question about Dell WD19 USB Type-C

We need the docking for laptops with a USB-C as well as USB-A connection. The description says USB Type C and A, but in the picture I think I only see the USB C port for the connection to the laptop. Does the WD19 have a USB C and A adapter like the Dell D6000? If not, which adapter should we use for this?

The WD19 has two USB A ports at the back and one at the front. USB-C only has one at the front.
