Question about Seagate Game Drive for PS4
We moved the data to the hard drive, all the games, everything, and when we transferred them to the other PS, an error message came up and now the games are no longer playable and have an exclamation mark. It keeps saying to connect the hard drive which is connected. What now?
The hard disk is only intended to store the data of the games. The game scores and personalised data remain stored on the PS or on the Internet. In order to use them, you must log in to the new PS and possibly load the personal data into the online storage beforehand.
