Hello we had a similar problem. We live on 2 floors and the connection on the ground floor was great and on the first floor I had very poor reception. I then ordered and installed the Gigaset repeater. It was relatively easy and since then we no longer have any problems with reception on the first floor. I hope I was able to help you.
