We have teams telephony, i.e. can make/receive internal and external calls. When the headset is charged during a call (plug the USB cable into the notebook), a new audio source (2-Jabra Evolve 65) appears. For internal team calls, the phone only works via 2-Jabra Evolve 65. For external calls, only via the Headphones source (Jabra Evolve 65). Does anyone have any idea why this is so inconvenient?

With Jabra Direct, the "Wired USB Audio" function can be deactivated on the headset setting level in the "Softphone (PC)" tab. USB is then only used for charging the device. This adjustment certainly brings an improvement.
