We have had an EQ9 S500 for a long time, now with the second brewing unit, as number 1 wanted to be cleaned permanently.

I have no such problems, machine works perfectly

Mine sometimes has the problem that it needs to be cleaned every day and then it doesn't.
Regarding wet pads, arne preuss from coffeeness has clearly stated that this should not be the case - send it in.
