Very disappointed with Digitec and their lightning delivery. I order once in my life at Digitec over 3000 CHF and then something like this. I know I'm unlucky because otherwise Digitec should be reliable. All the less I can turn away from Digitec because of this incident.

I placed the order on Friday morning, with the guarantee of lightning or evening delivery.

I neither received an SMS nor information about where the goods are. Now I have to wait until Monday, and I don't know where the expensive goods are. I only ordered this graphics card because it was available with lightning delivery. Otherwise I would have ordered an RTX 3080.

Now I have to wait and have the worse graphics card.

Answer

Not receiving your product is not Digitec's fault (except maybe that they "promise" that your product will be delivered on a certain date).
The supplier of this product does not deliver anything to Digitec and this is also the case with many other new products.
