Use in combination with Microsoft Teams: Is it possible to work together on the Flip in a Teams meeting between two discussion partners (at two locations)? For example, can the Flip 2 in Teams be used as a shared touchscreen with Microsoft Whiteboard for this purpose? Are there better solutions for working on a Flip from two locations?
I have now bought and tested the Flip2: It is possible to connect the Flip2 live to other touchscreens in other locations and work remotely on a shared whiteboard. However, as Jennifer writes above, this does not work with the SW of the Flip alone. However, it is possible with MS Whiteboard, Miro or InVision.
You can use the Flip as a playback device so that what you draw is shown on it, but only the person who is in the same room as the Flip can draw live on it, the other person in a different location could use a graphics tablet for example and make a screen transfer that is played back on the Flip. However, if you mean can you connect two Flip live in different locations, then unfortunately the answer is no, this feature does not seem to be available. However, on one Flip, up to four people can write or draw something at the same time who are live on site.
