Yes and no. As already mentioned, USB 3.0 is now USB 3.1 Gen 1, which is often misused as a marketing trick by manufacturers. With large files, you can easily reach the 380 MB/s writespeed. I was able to copy 21.7 GB to the stick in 57s. However, with smaller files and many individual small files, the speed varies/sinks. I would definitely recommend the stick.
Theoretically, USB 3.0 is supposed to be 5 Gbps, i.e. approx. 600 MB/s. But maybe digitec can tell you whether this is really true. On my test device iMac Retina (Late 2015) it only managed 390 MB/s read and 350 MB/s write.
