Until now I had the Huawei P9 lite. Unfortunately, I could not move the photos from the device memory to the memory card via phone. Is this also the case with the P30 lite?

You can do this with the P30lite, if you select the photo in the internal memory folder, there is a function called "Other storage location" where you can choose to transfer it to your memory card.
