Unfortunately, the external monitors that are connected to the docking station via HDMI are not recognised... therefore unfortunately useless...
I have the same problem as sabrina.luond. When I connect the screens via the two HDMI connections on the docking station, I get no signal on the screen HDMI source. However, if I connect the screens individually via HDMI directly to the notebook, it works. I don't have an external power supply for the docking station, but I think this is only needed for charging the notebook via USB-C, isn't it? The docking station does not need any special drivers and the USB drivers are up to date. How could I proceed here? Does anyone have any ideas? It should be possible to connect two HDMI monitors to a newer notebook via the docking station without any problems. Thank you very much for your answer.
works perfectly with 2 HDMI monitors (no monitors on Displayport!). Screens must be set to HDMI!
Good luck Daniel Werner
Maybe you are on the wrong usb-c port?
Or are you using Displayport on the screen?
This then requires a special adapter because Displayport has more connections...?
