Question about Akasa AK-ICR-14 USB 3.0, 6-Port Card Reader 3.5 S/W
Unfortunately, the card reader does not work yet. Error message code 43. Drivers are up to date. What could be the problem?

I have tried the card reader under Win 10, it does not work, is not recognised correctly, despite the supposedly up-to-date driver.
Under Win 7 it works perfectly.
I am now hoping for an update of Win 10 that solves the problem or new software from the manufacturer.
