Unfortunately, there is also no compensation for my effort with the support and the sending back. Very bad service :(

Update: Two weeks have passed and digitec has unfortunately not managed to get the CH model to me. I am very disappointed.

Did you make a hard copy of the order? Does it show that you ordered a CH model?
Or did you not pay attention to this when ordering and only found out about the differences afterwards?
