Unfortunately I have massive problems with teams. Sometimes it works...but I am always told that I can hardly be understood, hearing works perfectly. When I'm on a call with just one person, the problem doesn't occur. Since I bought the headset mainly for teams, it is unfortunately unusable....a firmware update did not help. Is the part defective? Or are there others who have this problem? Google could not help me.
I also often had audio problems with my Jabra Evolve2 75. The audio quality was often very "robotic" and nothing could be understood. Since I reset the headset and the Jabra Link, I have had no more problems.
I also had to send my headphones back after less than a year because the microphone was defective.
The replacement unit is now also defective again and is being returned.
I suspect that it is a cable break caused by the movement of the microphone arm.
This product is junk and return is strongly recommended. After uninstalling and using a CHF 40 headset, Team works fine again. The Jabra headset has its charm, but the driver/software is unusable and brings your computer to its knees. It's a shame, but Jabra only deals with customer complaints superficially and offers no solution.
