Unfortunately, I have major problems with this rather expensive product. I use the kit with the iPhone 12 Pro Max and an original RØDE adapter. Both the transmitter and receiver have new batteries, have been paired cleanly and use the same channel. The first few minutes of recording are wonderful, then suddenly the signal drops out, the sound deteriorates so much that you can't understand anything. This happens without changing the position of the receiver or transmitter. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? If you can't get the kit to reliably deliver the same sound quality, it's really useless.

This does sound like a technical problem. What does Digitec's support team think? 
Is it possible that the plug has a loose contact and is not making proper contact in the socket?

Maybe it will help, otherwise go straight to support.
