You need to clarify which ones work with your provider!

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, I haven't found an additional hand part either. I'll have to look elsewhere.

I am very, very dissatisfied with the Gigaset brand! It is already the 2nd failure of these devices within a very short time. Sunrise has now helped me out with a device on loan. I have told myself that I will no longer buy GIGASET in this condition !!!
I have the 2 types of device ready for a possible investigation. I expect a clarification, the devices are not old !!!
