Question about Zoom iQ6
Two questions Firstly, can you just make videos with it using the normal IPhone camera app? (I need it for video recordings of concerts) Secondly, many people complained about the outdated app because you couldn't simply download the files (if recorded with the app). Has this changed in the meantime? This wouldn't be such a problem for me, as I use it mostly for video recordings, but I'm still wondering. Many thanks in advance for an answer.
Hi, yes, when the mic is plugged in, it is also used by other apps.
For exporting files, there's via email (I realise this is limiting), but also via iCloud, and if I'm not mistaken there's a folder that you can access from 'Files', so no blocking point.
The mic has a very good performance/price ratio, beware that it has a really high gain, do some testing because you risk recording everything distorted.
The problem I've encountered is the attachment to the iPhone, which can come off easily, be careful.
