Trivial question but does the keyboard work with Windows 7 Enterprise Laptop WITHOUT me needing an admin password in the settings?

What do you mean? At the login screen? To use in general? Do you have full access to the laptop? Can you install software or drivers? Can you connect other Bluetooth devices?

Also, I would be more interested in why you want to use an Apple keyboard for Windows...
