Question about Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE

Today I am purchased Rdmi Pad SE (8GB , 128GB, Wifi only). I have one problem my Kotak Neo Application not installed the message shown this tablet isn't compatible with this app. Please any suggestion or guide me. my email id is infsatish@gmail.com
