At 15:00 I went to the Digitec store in Basel in person. There I explained the situation again. First they said that the consoles had already been sold on 22.11.21, then I referred to the telephone conversation, where they said that the consoles had gone online today at 13:00, which can't be because I was always updating. I was also told on site that I couldn't pre-book any consoles, even though they were due to arrive soon or were already here.
I don't think it's right how they treat their customers.
Good luck getting a console and keep your hands off the overpriced offers on Ricardo etc.

I was able to order a Series X over the phone when I called Digitec on 18.11. It was the bundle with the 20th Anniversary Controller.

We are very sorry that you tried in vain to order an Xbox and we would like to apologise for the confusion caused by the release date.

The fact that false information was communicated by us is of course definitely not in our sense.

You were also too late. We were able to make the purchase on 18.11 at around 6 p.m. in the evening and were told that the sale would start on 23.11. In other words, the Xbox will be released on 23.11 and we received it by post on that day.
