They are water and sweat resistant and suitable for sports?

The headphones are good for sports because they hold well in the ears thanks to the silicone earpieces. I have also used them while jogging, which works without any problems - despite sweat.
Do you sweat in your ears? Joking aside, they are not waterproof but water doesn't just get in either.
