Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab A

There is not enough information. I need a tablet for study purposes, I need to take notes, so I need palm rejection feature. How do I know if this is appropriate for me? Does it come with a pen? Dos it have palm rejection? Should I buy a pen? Which one?
