There is no mains cable included in the delivery. Is this normal?
No.
I did get a power supply unit, but only with an EU plug. That's also what it says in the delivery options! However, I still expect an electrical product purchased in Switzerland to have a Swiss plug.

Still no plug included, not even the EU plug mentioned in the delivery option! Dear Digitec, it would be a good idea to always include a plug ;-)

Seems to be a constant annoyance, I didn't have one either and it had to be delivered (late)!
