Both the camera and microphone work perfectly for me. I have already attended various video conferences via ZOOM or SKYPE without ever having any problems. No need to install drivers: DICOTA connected to the PC via USB and off it went.
Is it due to the software you are using?

Hi, have you installed the driver (admin)?
This can be an issue with a company notebook. Plag and play also requires admin... and you can (maybe you have to) select the camera in MS Teams, i.e. switch back and forth on a notebook.
