Question about Teufel Rockster Cross
The unwanted odour design of the Teufel Rockster Cross looks cheap and is possibly hazardous to health. I had to wash my hands every time to get the chemical smell off my hands. Is it just me or is there a system to it?

I would like to confirm that there are no substances that are hazardous to health in the composition of the Rockster Cross material. You have absolutely nothing to worry about here. I know the smell and I know that it can cause questions at first. I have informed myself and can tell you that everything is completely harmless.
The smell will be less to non-existent after time.
Yes, I too have just received the appliance and I have to say it smells terrible. The whole flat smells of the appliance, so I had to put it out on the balcony. I hope the odour subsides.
I bought it almost 2 years ago and had no problems with it...bring it up directly with Teufel. It's probably a production problem.....
Yep, that's exactly how it was for me. I also had the feeling that I had to consume a lot of softener involuntarily. I had to leave it in the aisle for a few days before I took it into my camper.
