The title says "LG UltraFine 27UN880-B", but the description says "27UN880P". Which monitor is it? How does it compare to the "LG 27UN880-B"? https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/lg-27un880-b-3840-x-2160-pixels-27-monitor-17760758 What are the differences between the three?

I had asked myself the same question before I bought it.
According to the LG website https://www.lg.com/ch_de... it is labelled 27UN880-B, but when you open the owners manual on the same website it only says 27UN880P.
