The result is a white shelf. This is probably why it's discounted (in theory, it gets dirty more quickly if you're not very careful).
But for me, it's the functionality that counts, so it's OK.
It's one of the few to offer the maximum 16 GB of RAM, which is the maximum supported by the Snapdragon 8 Gen3.
And it's really fast and the screen, for LTPS technology, is really outstanding.
The only downside is that, unlike the Samsung Galaxy Tab, it doesn't have a slot for an SD card to extend the flash volume. But 256 GB is more than enough. And there's nothing to stop you plugging in a UBS-C key (or even USB-A via an adapter) to expand this memory or access external data.
In short, the balance is positive.
