The split screen is not working properly for me. When I activate the virtual split screen, I get a resolution of 2560 x 1440 on one monitor and only 1280 x 720 on the other. When I deactivate split screen, the resolution is good at 5120 x 1440 and the picture is very good. Does anyone have an idea? connected via USB-C on the 1st input
Hello everyone, it's easy to solve: Simply connect the laptop via USB-C --> DP cable to the display port of the monitor and the Virtual Dual Display function will generate 2 x 2560 x 1440 (60 Hz) - perfect.
My laptop has 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports. That works great.
I have the same problem. When I connect my device with USB-C and I want to activate two monitors. Then I get the desired and correct resolution on the left side of the monitor but only max. 1280 x 720 on the right side. If there is no solution for this, the monitor is useless for me!
What's your 2nd input, HDMI? I don't think all resolutions are supported on HDMI. This monitor works best with two USB-C devices.
