Yes, the speed can be throttled. However, I find the minimum speed quite fast. I myself find it difficult to drive straight on the asphalt at this speed. If you want to change course a little, there is a danger that you will oversteer and then zigzag. But the kids usually figure it out quickly. I had no idea about these vehicles and find this product surprisingly robust. My son, 7, has had it for half a year and everything is still whole. So no frustration. I can only recommend it.

Hi. I would estimate 15-20km/h. I let my son, 4, drive it with the throttle on. However, the remote control is still a bit big for toddlers' hands, but it works somehow.
