The sim tray in my OnePlus 8 Pro is stuck. It has 2 sim cards in it and I cannot pull the tray out to change one of the cards. (I changed provider.) Where can I turn to for help? Phone was purchased on Digitec.

We are sorry about this, maybe try in a shop specialized in mobile ? Maybe they would have the tools for this ? Or in one of our shop (without any warranty). If it's still stuck, it would be better to send it on reparation. I  recommend you to contact us by email for this case.
