The right bud is quieter than the left which is extremely annoying. I have cleaned the buds according to the Jabra FAQ. Does anyone have the same problem or is this a malfunction?

There is a small hole on the buds, this is between the two charging contacts and the part from which the sound ultimately comes (and which is plugged in the direction of the auditory canal) - I can't describe it any better, sorry. Use a toothpick to go into it lightly to moderately and "clean" it. After that it should work again. I had the same problem, I found the solution in an English forum. First lightly, then a little more strongly with the toothpick and - oh wonder - everything is fine again. If I understood correctly, this little hole is needed for the buds to work, because: The loudspeaker wants to move air. Nothing works in a vacuum, apparently the little hole is the air inlet.
Good luck and have fun with buds that sound like new again.

Unbelievable ..thanks for the articles ..the cleaning of the small hole has also worked excellently with Jabra Elite 75t. Here the hole is next to the charging contacts. Why this info doesn't show up as a help tool from Jabra itself is a real shame. However, many thanks to you!

Hello,
I have the same problem with my Elite Sports. Does anyone happen to know where the corresponding hole for pressure equalisation is on these?
Thanks in advance.

press both buttons until the factory reset is heard. After that I had 100% again on the right

same here with me. But this is how it works (I don't think they are broken and dirty): press the buttons until the voice says: Factory Reset. After that, the right one had 100% power again. The right one is the multi-tasker. Apparently, it stops working sporadically.

i've been using them since july 2020, no change in the sound levels noticeable. the only thing that should help with yours is to send them back and replace them. it's obviously not a 'feature'. good luck with the next pair ;)

I have exactly the same problem (the right one gets quieter and quieter after a while). I had it six months ago, then they were replaced, now it's happening again with the new ones (also after some time).
I will probably have to take them back again.

I have been having the same problem for a few days now, that the right bud is only very quiet and the volume can only be adjusted on the left bud 😡 Does anyone have a solution? Thank you very much for any positive feedback.

I have the same problem. The right bud gets quieter after about 5 minutes! I have tried everything possible over the last 2 weeks to solve the problem. Cleaned the buds...adjusted the sound settings via the app...checked the firmware...all to no avail. I'm now sending mine in and hoping for a repair/replacement!
