Question about Reolink Argus 2
The Reolink website states that the cloud is only offered for the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries are to follow. Does this mean that I cannot save any recordings online in Switzerland? Will the recordings then only be saved on the microSD card? What happens if, for example, a burglar takes the camera? The battery is charged via a USB cable. But there is no mains adapter for the camera. Could I build myself a permanent external power supply (without a solar panel) by installing a universal UBS charger, for example from AUKEY, on the camera which supplies the camera with power permanently? Thanks for your help!

Correct Cloud availability does not yet exist in Switzerland. This means that the recordings are "only" saved on the MicroSD. However, you can download the videos via Wifi / Reolink App to your mobile phone/PC. This saves having to go to the camera :).
Power supply without solar panel is of course possible. As long as the output is micro USB, the camera is not very interested.
In my case, a power supply unit from a defective baby monitor was used here again.
