the Reflecta ImageBox LCD9, scanner is rated quite poorly by one customer. - What do you say to this comment ?

We have generally had good experiences with Reflecta scanners so far. Reflecta is also a well-known/large manufacturer in this product segment. Of course, your own needs are very important for a scanner. Therefore, we would ask you to contact our customer service by email so that we can advise you accordingly. :)
