The promised Galaxy Buds 2 have not been delivered, although I sent relevant information to them over a month ago. Does anyone know when they will be delivered?

I haven't got mine yet either. But it's only been two weeks.
I think I read that it goes for 8-10 weeks.

I don't know because we have the same problems. Did you receive an email confirmation? We didn't, but a second registration attempt is acknowledged with the message that you can't register twice.
