Question about Xtorm Magnetic Wireless Powerbank
The powerbank has a loose connection. When I connect it to the iPhone 12 Pro and press the button, it charges for a second and then stops. It also flashes green. What does this mean? Does the iPhone need a minimum charge to work? I also use an Apple Macsafe leather case and even without the case it didn't work.

I wrote to Xtorm and they said the powerbank was defective, which is why I have now submitted a warranty claim.
If only the green light is on, the powerbank is empty at best, the other LEDs should also light up in white when you start the charging process...this is the case for me anyway...maybe it will work for you too after a full charge...
