The player is not recognised by my Lenovo or HP laptop. Does anyone have a tip?

Depending on the age of the devices, there may not be enough current flowing through the USB port. I've had that too 🤔.
Maybe you can try with devices from friends/family?
Otherwise open a support case at Digitec/Galaxus :)
