Question about Jabra Elite sport

Can I use the headset with the Jabra Link 360/370 for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams?

@Pino67 jJabra advertises "... You have the option of using one or both headphones depending on your activity."

And in the product videos you can see a woman on a bike using only the right headset.

So should it work?

Do both headphones have a microphone?
